Wilson holds a Bachelor in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration and a Master's degree in Energy. He held leadership roles over 40 years in the power industry, including President of Eletrobras (2016-2021) and Vibra Energia, resuming his role as President of Eletrobras in September 2022.
